How do I book a consultation or sign up for sessions?
You can easily book a consultation or sign up for one of our sessions directly through our website. Just click on the "Book a Consultation" button, choose your preferred date and time, and fill in your contact details.
What is the difference between your workshop and one-on-one tutoring options?
Our workshops are group-based sessions designed for students who prefer a collaborative learning environment. You'll receive expert guidance from our Ivy League tutors along with other students, and you’ll benefit from peer discussions and interactive group activities.
Our one-on-one tutoring is a personalized experience where students receive undivided attention from an Ivy League tutor. Each session is tailored to your specific strengths and weaknesses, offering a custom study plan and direct feedback.
How are your Ivy League tutors selected?
We hire tutors who are either current students or graduates of Ivy League schools. Our tutors go through a rigorous selection process, which includes verifying their academic credentials and ensuring they have high test scores. Each tutor is also trained in our specialized teaching methods to ensure you receive the highest quality guidance.
What kind of score improvement can I expect?
While every student’s improvement will vary based on individual effort, starting score, and the type of plan chosen, our students typically see an increase of 70-150 points on the SAT or 2-5 points on the ACT after completing our full program. We offer different plans to help meet a variety of goals, and your tutor will work with you to maximize your potential.
Do you offer practice exams and test simulations?
Yes! All our plans include access to full-length, timed SAT or ACT practice exams that simulate the real test experience. As part of our process, we give feedback on these tests to help identify areas for improvement. Our group workshops include periodic mock exams so you can track your progress over time.
What happens if I miss a tutoring session?
If you miss a scheduled session, don’t worry! For one-on-one tutoring, you can reschedule your session by contacting your tutor or our support team at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, then there is a cancellation fee of 50% for the session. For group workshops, you will have access to the recorded sessions, so you can catch up on anything you missed. Please note that there won't be any rescheduling possibilities as these sessions are preplanned.

Session Recommendations
Every student’s path to their target score is unique, and the number of tutoring hours needed can vary based on your starting point and target score. We begin with a diagnostic test to assess your child's current level and create a personalized study plan. Based on our data, here are some general guidelines to help you choose the right plan for your SAT/ACT preparation.
Starting Score: 900-1000 (SAT) or 18-20 (ACT)
If your child's starting score is between 900-1000 on the SAT or 18-20 on the ACT, and the target score is 1200-1300, they will likely need around 30 hours of preparation. Since our one-on-one plans offer 10 hours of tutoring per purchase, you may need to buy this plan up to three times to cover the full range of necessary prep. This allows for a thorough review of fundamental concepts, strategic test-taking practice, and consistent reinforcement over time to achieve such a significant score increase.
Starting Score: 1100-1200 (SAT) or 21-24 (ACT)
If your child's diagnostic score falls between 1100-1200 on the SAT or 21-24 on the ACT, and are aiming for a score between 1300-1400, they should expect to spend at least 20 hours in preparation. The focus during this period will be on strengthening weak areas, improving test-taking speed, and consistently practicing with mock exams to push your score into the higher range.
Starting Score: 1200-1300 (SAT) or 25-28 (ACT)
If your child's diagnostic score is between 1200-1300 on the SAT or 25-28 on the ACT, and are targeting a score between 1400-1500, they will need a minimum of 15 to 20 hours of preparation. Depending on their progress, this could mean purchasing our one-on-one plan two times to ensure your child has enough time to refine advanced concepts, improve test pacing, and tackle the more difficult sections of the test.
Starting Score: 1300+ (SAT) or 29+ (ACT)
If your child is scoring 1300 or higher on the SAT or 29+ on the ACT, and is aiming for a near-perfect score of 1500-1600 on the SAT or 33-36 on the ACT will typically require around 10 to 20 hours of intensive, focused prep. You may need to purchase the one-on-one plan once or twice to provide the necessary time for your child to eliminate small mistakes, perfect strategies, and optimize performance on test day.
